CT-Side (Counter-Terrorist Side):

CT-side, short for Counter-Terrorist side, is the team side in Counter-Strike 2 that starts with defensive objectives, such as protecting bombsites, delaying advances, and preventing the Terrorists from planting the bomb. It is one of the two playable sides in a standard match and usually requires coordinated site defense, retakes, and information control. On maps and in strategies, “CT-side” often refers both to the role of the defending team and to the half of a match when a team is playing defense.
