A full save, or full eco, is a round where a team spends little to no money on weapons or utility so it can preserve its economy for later rounds.
In Counter-Strike 2, teams use a full eco when buying in the current round is unlikely to be worthwhile, often after a loss streak or a bad reset. The goal is to save cash for a stronger full buy, rather than risk a weak purchase that leaves the team short again in the next round.
