Trust Factor is a matchmaking signal in Counter-Strike 2 that helps pair players with others who are likely to provide a similar online experience. It is used behind the scenes and is influenced by account behavior and other signals rather than by a single visible stat.
It matters because a higher Trust Factor is generally intended to place players with fewer disruptive teammates or opponents, while a lower Trust Factor may lead to less consistent match quality. Valve does not show the exact formula publicly.
