Site:

A site is one of the bomb sites on a VALORANT map, the location where attackers try to plant the Spike and defenders try to stop them. Most maps have two sites, commonly called A site and B site, and some maps also include additional areas or connectors near them.

Controlling a site is a major objective because planting the Spike on it creates the post-plant phase and forces defenders to retake. Players also use “site” to describe the immediate area around the plant zone, such as taking site, holding site, or retaking site.
